Born from Purpose, Built with Passion

PrimeSafePath Solutions was established in response to real challenges faced by frontline health workers and mothers navigating Nigeria’s fragile healthcare system. Our journey began with the development of MaternalRecordPro, a digital health platform created under the Digital Solutions for Maternal Health project by Theodora Anavhe Adamu Foundation (TAAF).

Through partnerships with government and technical collaborators, we continue to grow as a mission-driven startup committed to scalable, high-impact public health solutions.
